■	Experience with training or facilitation.  OD and coaching experience is a plus.
■	Some experience in sales or marketing—even it has only been selling ideas within an organization in which you've been employed.
■	A  baseline network of business contacts
■	Undergraduate degree in business, industrial psychology or related field.  A healthy curiosity and bright mind, with a  basic belief in life-long learning.
